a bilingual audience. In order to save you time, make sure to review your
submitted 2009 events to see if any of these can be copied and modified for

We have created a submission process with you in mind. It includes:

   - Check boxes, drop down menus, as well as pre-populated fields to make
   it quick and easy to fill out your event information
   - A copy function that allows you to duplicate or modify like events
   - The flexibility to manage, update and view your own events, anytime.


Tips

   1. To make submitting events faster and easier, make sure you are using
   the *Copy* function. The Copy event function allows you to use the
   information details from a previous event. You are then able to modify the
   details as you see fit and submit it as a new event. The copy function is
   intended to save you time when there is repeated information from one event
   to the next. We suggest that you wait to copy an event until after it has
   been translated. This ensures that many of the repetitive fields are already
   translated for your next submission, saving time and translation costs.
   2. If you have forgotten your password it is easy to reset. When you
   registered, you provided a question and answer to be used when you have
   forgotten your password. There is a link to *Forgot Your Password* next
   to the Sign In. Click on the link and provide the correct response to your
   question to reset your password. If you have any further problems, please
